Due to the wide range of products we deliver carriage is charged on an item specific basis to ensure that we give you the best possible value for your order. To check your delivery cost add the product(s) you require to your basket, go to 'view basket' and your delivery cost will show here.
Deliveries are UK wide from Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
Next Day Carriage* is available on UK Mainland for all orders placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched were possible the following working day on a 24 hour service.
*For all in-stock products, this does not mean your item will be delivered the following day as some items may take up to 1-3 working days to prepare for shipment.
Standard carriage for UK Mainland is 1 – 3 working days after despatch. For Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern & R.O.Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands is 3 - 5 working days after despatch.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Upon receipt a refund will be issued or the item can be exchanged (for another of the same value) if preferred. Please note:

When completing a return please ensure you state your order number, your name and address, reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement.
Trade accounts only: Any goods returned to MB after the 30 day period will be subject to a 30% reduction on refunded monies to enable 30% re stocking costs.

In the event your item arriving damaged please ensure you inform us with 24 hours of delivery otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. We will require the item to be returned to us at MB DIY, 6 Wallis Road, Skippers Lane Ind. Estate, Middlesbrough, Cleveland TS6 6JB. We may also reqquire photo evidence of any damage prior to a replacement beig shipped.
Once we have been informed of any damage you have 30 days to return the item for a replacement (or refund at our discretion)

If your order has already been processed you will need to return it to us in accordance with ‘Returns’ section above. If the order has not already been processed you will be contacted with confirmation of cancellation.
