At MB DIY, we take great pride in ensuring our customers receive their orders both swiftly and securely. Delivery charges are subject to the area of delivery and the size of the product(s) ordered. We offer a Tracked 48-hour delivery service starting from just £3.95, and a Tracked 24-hour service beginning at £5.95. To calculate accurate shipping costs, please add your chosen product(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout, where your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. The time of delivery may vary depending on the chosen shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to follow your parcel’s journey.
Kindly note, we do not currently offer express delivery or international shipping options. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, requiring a physical address for all deliveries.
At MB DIY, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we acknowledge that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, please adhere to the following steps:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you intend to return an item.
2. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, inclusive of all accessories and manuals. Please include your order number and the reason for the return on a seperate sheet.
3. Return the package to us at:

Upon receiving and verifying the returned item’s original condition, we will refund the total purchase price of the product. Please be aware, we do not offer refunds on any shipping costs. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of custom-made or one-off ordered items or items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been mishandled or damaged due to improper use or care.
Please note: it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we would suggest a tracking service is used and insurance in case of any damage during transit.
Faulty / Damaged & Missing Items:
In the event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If the item you wish to return is particularly large or heavy, please contact our sales team for assistance.

Should you not want to opt for a delivery service, please be aware Click and Collect is still available on all of our items.
We aim to despatch all of our orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation, during peak times or bank holidays this despatch time can occasionally be increased.
