Super Saver & Free Delivery

Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received it. All orders received before 10:00am are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours on a 3-5 working day service. (except remote, highland and island orders which can take 3 – 7 working days).

Samples

These tend to be picked and packed and popped in the post within 48 hours.

Delivery Prices

  • Delivery is charged on a per order basis and the factors that determine the actual cost are weight, size and location for all orders under £100
  • For orders over £100 delivery is FREE (mainland UK) using our Super Saver Service (this excludes the shipping price).

Remote Area Surcharges

  • Highlands = £39
  • N.Ireland = £35
  • Isle Of Man = £25
  • Iscle Of Scilly = £35
  • Isle of Wight = £35
  • All British and Scottish Isles = £65

Ireland (Eire) attracts a set delivery charge of £50 for orders under £100 and £65 for orders above £100 up to a maximum of £400. For orders in excess of £400, please call 01642 443974 for a price.

These charges will be added to the standard delivery rate. Surcharges are also applied when mainland UK delivery is free.

Your order can arrive at any time between 8am and 6pm and unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot. If our carrier is unable to deliver, you will be able to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases. You should also be able to track the status of your order online via the carrier’s website.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your cladding products, you have 14 days to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a full NO QUIBBLE refund.

Returns

You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused & unopened within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 working day to let us know (for damaged items we may need images) and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

MB DIY cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.
