Bay 28 features Decorwall Hardex V – Clay Wall Panel alongside Decorwall Hardex V – Ebony Wall Panel. Both finishes use a matt V-groove face with tongue-and-groove edges, giving straight courses and tight seams from the first run. Each panel measures 2.5m × 60cm, is 9mm thick, weighs 6.25kg, and covers 1.5m² per piece, so it’s simple to calculate quantities for full-height walls or feature zones. Panels are sold individually for precise ordering and minimal waste.
Hardex V is built as a WPC board (approx. 78% PVC, 10% wood, 12% additive), providing a rigid, stable substrate that cuts cleanly and lands neatly on internal and external corners. As declared, the range is UK fire rated, lead-free, and not UV protected, making it an interior solution where direct sunlight exposure is limited. The V-groove profile delivers a consistent tile-like shadow line without grout, and the shared 60cm module keeps joint repetition predictable across larger areas.
Use Clay as the main field and introduce Ebony for contrast bands, vertical breaks, or to frame mirrors and returns—or reverse the scheme for a darker, more defined look. If you can see this pairing in your project, book a design appointment and we’ll plan the layout, confirm trims and profiles, and calculate exact panel counts and wastage for your room.
