Apex Premium – 12 inch Tungsten Letter Plate 40/80mm

Give your entrance a distinctive contemporary finish with the Apex Premium 12 inch Tungsten Letter Plate 40/80mm. Combining sophisticated styling with practical everyday functionality, this premium door letter plate forms part of the fully suited APEX range and is designed to complement a wide variety of residential and commercial doors.

The Tungsten finish offers a modern alternative to traditional chrome, gold and black door furniture, making it an excellent choice for properties where a more distinctive architectural appearance is desired. Its sophisticated finish can be coordinated with complementary door handles and entrance hardware to create a consistent look across the door.

The elegant ergonomic design is supported by practical features designed for everyday use. A 180° flap opening provides convenient access when posting letters and other mail, while the external weather seal helps protect the letter plate against the elements. Internal draught seals also help minimise unwanted airflow through the letter plate opening, providing an effective combination of appearance and functionality.

The 40/80mm specification offers versatility when installing the letter plate on compatible doors within the appropriate thickness range. Its 12 inch format makes it suitable for many new door installations, replacement projects and property refurbishments. Existing door preparation and all relevant fitting dimensions should be checked before installation.

Manufactured with long-term performance in mind, the APEX Premium range is backed by a 10-year mechanical guarantee. Powder-coated finishes benefit from a 10-year surface guarantee, while plated finishes carry a 5-year surface guarantee. The coating has also been tested to BS.EN:2007 Grade standards, providing additional reassurance when selecting durable external door furniture.

Routine cleaning and lubrication will help preserve both the appearance and smooth operation of the letter plate. Regular maintenance is particularly important for properties situated in coastal or industrial locations, where external door hardware can experience greater exposure to demanding environmental conditions.

For homeowners, tradespeople, door installers and property professionals searching for premium Door Letter Plates, the Apex Premium 12 inch Tungsten Letter Plate 40/80mm offers an attractive combination of contemporary styling, weather protection, draught reduction and dependable everyday performance.
