Designed to make life easy when cleaning your home or office windows, the functional design means you can slide the window to the centre of the hinge and clean both inside and out with comparative ease. The egress aspect of this hinge is a safety feature allowing the hinge to be opened to a full 90 degrees to allow easy access in the event of an emergency.
