Deeplas 600mm x 5m Flat Soffit Board | White P1229

The Deeplas 600mm x 5m Flat Soffit Board | White P1229 is the widest flat soffit board in the Deeplas range, making it an excellent choice for larger roof overhangs and applications where a broad, uninterrupted soffit is required. Soffit boards are installed beneath the eaves of a roof, serving both functional and aesthetic purposes in home construction. They help protect the underside of the roof overhang from the elements while providing a clean, professional finish that enhances the property’s overall appearance.

Manufactured from premium-quality uPVC, this 600mm x 5m Flat Soffit Board offers outstanding durability and is designed to withstand the UK’s changing weather conditions. Resistant to rot, warping, moisture and UV exposure, it provides a long-lasting alternative to traditional timber soffits without the need for regular painting or maintenance. Deeplas flat soffit boards are also versatile and can be used as window trims, reveal liners and for other finishing applications where a durable PVC-U board is required.

Designed as part of the Deeplas roofline system, the Deeplas P1229 Flat Soffit Board fits neatly into the groove on the back of Deeplas fascia boards, creating a secure fit and a seamless transition between fascia and soffit. This precision-engineered compatibility helps installers achieve a high-quality finish while making installation quicker and more efficient.

Its generous 5-metre length reduces the number of joints required across long roof elevations, creating a smoother, more continuous roofline while reducing waste and installation time. Ideal for new-build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions and replacement roofline systems, this soffit board works perfectly with Deeplas fascia boards, guttering and matching roofline accessories.

Combining exceptional durability, minimal maintenance and a clean white finish, the Deeplas 600mm x 5m Flat Soffit Board | White P1229 is a dependable solution for completing any professional roofline installation and delivers the long-lasting quality expected from Deeplas.
