Everflex LMN 700T Silicone Sealant is a low modulus, neutral, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. The 700T Silicone Sealant is formulated to a high viscosity to give excellent tooling properties.

Everflex LMN 700T Silicone Sealant is specifically designed for perimeter pointing window and door frames, sealing plastic roofline areas and general weather sealing. The 700T is also designed to form a bond with polycarbonate and acrylic sheets and is mould resistant.
Everflex 700T is designed for interior and exterior use and will bond with timber, brick, stone, PVCu, concrete and metal. This sealant is ideal for expansion joints in brick, stone and concrete, weather sealing applications, parapet and roof line sealing and perimeter pointing of PVCu and all window and door frames.
Coverage approximately 11 linear metres for 6mm diameter bead.
