Extruda Clad Max – Birch 200mm x 25mm (2.7m)

The Extruda Clad Max – Birch 200mm x 25mm (2.7m) is a decorative WPC exterior cladding panel featuring a distinctive 4-slat design and a warm Birch finish. Designed to introduce the appearance and texture of timber into exterior spaces, the slatted profile creates strong vertical or horizontal architectural lines that can be used to transform walls, façades and exterior features.

Each panel measures 200mm wide x 25mm deep x 2.7m long, giving the Clad Max profile a broader format than standard Extruda Clad boards. The four raised slats create additional depth across the face of the panel, while the Birch colour provides a lighter wood-inspired finish suited to contemporary exterior designs.

Extruda Clad is manufactured from Wood Plastic Composite (WPC), combining wood fibres with thermoplastic materials. This construction is designed to retain the visual character associated with timber while avoiding many of the maintenance issues found with natural wood. MB DIY’s Extruda Clad range is designed to resist warping, cracking and rotting, making it suitable for prolonged use in exterior environments.

The composite construction also means the panels require considerably less ongoing maintenance than traditional timber cladding. There is no requirement for the regular painting, staining or treatment normally associated with exterior wood, making the Extruda Clad Max – Birch a practical option where a timber-style finish is wanted without the same level of upkeep.

Its Birch finish and pronounced slatted surface make the panel suitable for both larger façade installations and smaller architectural features where additional texture is required. It can be used to introduce contrast to rendered, brick or other exterior surfaces, while the repeating four-slat profile allows multiple boards to form a consistent contemporary cladding design.

The Extruda Clad Max – Birch 200mm x 25mm (2.7m) therefore combines the natural appearance associated with wood-effect cladding with the practical advantages of a modern WPC exterior panel, providing a durable and low-maintenance finish for residential and commercial exterior projects.
