The Fuhr 855 45 Stable Door Lock –  Deadbolt & Hook Bottom Section is designed for use on composite and timber stable door systems where secure independent locking is required on the lower section of the door.

Manufactured with a 16mm face plate and a 45mm backset this multipoint lock features a lock box positioned at the top of the bottom section, helping ensure correct engagement between the upper and lower sections of the stable door.

The lower section is operated by a key-wind cylinder and incorporates a shootbolt, one hook, and one deadbolt locking point, providing reliable day-to-day security and smooth operation. The hook helps maintain compression and secure closure, while the deadbolt adds additional locking strength to the bottom section of the door. When the cylinder unlocks the lower section, the top shootbolt can be thrown to engage the upper section, allowing both sections of the stable door to operate together when required.
