The Fullex SL16 35 & 45/68 Replacement Door Lock Gearbox is a high-security lock designed for use on a wide range of door types, including PVCu, composite, timber, steel, and aluminium. It has been licensed by Secured by Design and PAS 24 tested, performing in excess of 9Kn during testing.
The lock features tapered long throw top and bottom deadbolts, providing high-security and compression. The deadbolts are chamfered to pull in smoothly, and the lock has a 25mm long throw for maximum security.
The lock’s easily reversible latch and split spindle option make it versatile for use on front door applications. Handles are available with a latch hold back snib.
The lock’s construction features CZ122 brass stamping for the top and bottom hooks and centre deadbolt, chrome-plated A3 hardened cast steel for the deadbolt, a 20mm 305 austenitic stainless steel faceplate, and a zinc and clear passivated gearbox.
This lock has been cycle tested by 100,000 operations and corrosion resistance tested to BS EN 1670 Grade 5 for 480 hours. It also comes with a 10-year guarantee.
