Fullex XL 45mm 3 Hook 44mm White Faceplate Multipoint Door Lock

The Fullex XL 45mm 3 Hook 44mm White Faceplate Multipoint Door Lock is a robust and dependable security solution from Fullex, engineered to deliver long-lasting performance and enhanced door protection for both composite and timber doors. Designed with a euro cylinder configuration, this multipoint door lock operates via a lift lever mechanism, engaging the locking system smoothly and securely along the full length of the door.

Positioned centrally within the door, the lock case incorporates a latch and hook locking feature, supported by two additional hooks to provide a total of three hooks when fully engaged. This configuration ensures even pressure distribution across the door frame, helping to reduce door movement while improving resistance against forced entry. Anti-lift pins are also included as standard, offering extra protection by preventing the door from being lifted from the hinges once locked.

The lock features a 45mm backset and offers a dual spindle configuration with 92/62mm (PZ) centres, making it a versatile replacement option for many existing Fullex and compatible multipoint locking systems. The square end faceplate measures 44mm wide and is finished in white, making it ideal for modern door styles while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. With a hook-to-hook measurement of 1295mm, a top hook to centre measurement of 630mm and a bottom hook to centre measurement of 665mm, this lock provides consistent engagement points across its full 2040mm overall length. The lock is non-extendable, ensuring a precise and secure fit where exact sizing is required.

To maintain smooth operation and prolong the life of your multipoint door lock, regular maintenance is recommended. Lightly lubricating the internal gearboxes and moving components with GT85 helps to reduce friction, prevent wear and protect against corrosion, ensuring the locking mechanism continues to operate efficiently over time. Periodic checks and lubrication are particularly important for lift lever operated systems, as these rely on smooth internal movement to engage all locking points correctly.

When upgrading your multipoint door lock, it is also the perfect opportunity to consider enhancing other elements of your door hardware. Replacing your existing cylinder with a high security 3 star euro cylinder can significantly improve resistance against snapping, drilling and picking, while upgrading your door handles at the same time can completely transform the visual appearance of your door for a clean, modern finish.
