The Genuine ERA Replacement 35/92 Latch & Deadbolt Split Spindle Lock Box Centre Case is an original ERA centre gearbox designed to restore full working order to worn or failed ERA multipoint door locks commonly found on uPVC, composite and timber doors. Manufactured by ERA, this centre case is built to the exact specifications required for seamless compatibility, making it an ideal repair solution when your door handle lifts but the locking points fail to engage correctly.

This lock case is designed for Mortice lock operation and features both a latch and deadbolt locking mechanism, delivering secure day-to-day use alongside enhanced night-time security. With a 35mm backset and a 92mm (PZ) centre, this is one of the most widely used ERA configurations, ensuring accurate alignment without the need for door modifications. The split spindle design allows independent handle operation from either side of the door, a common feature on many ERA lift lever multipoint systems.
