Engineered for easy installation as the fourth side of a door frame, or adaptable as a retrofit, this threshold offers reliable sealing for 18mm to 23mm gaps, helping to reduce energy loss and noise transfer.

The thermally broken core ensures it meets performance benchmarks for thermal bridging and insulation, while also being compatible with a range of construction materials: wood, PVCu, fibreglass, aluminium, steel, and carbon fibre.

It includes pre drilled drainage holes for effective water removal, helping maintain a dry and stable entrance area. Ideal for setups over carpets, the AM3Ex Subsill sits flush for a clean transition.

For added safety, its non slip surface offers dependable grip even in slippery environments. Each unit ships with end caps to neatly finish off the exposed ends of the front channel.

If you’re working with a level threshold, this product is designed to be used alongside the Proline AM3Ex (04CP219). This provides a complete, regulation-ready system.
