Designed for adaptability, the AM5Ex Subsill in Matt Gold can be installed as the fourth side of the door frame or retrofitted into existing systems. It’s capable of sealing door gaps between 17mm and 22mm, boosting thermal performance and protecting against air and water ingress.

Built with a thermally broken core, this threshold is designed to meet insulation and energy standards while offering broad compatibility with door and frame materials including wood, PVCu, fibreglass, aluminium, steel, and carbon fibre.

Pre-drilled drainage holes ensure efficient water management, while the threshold’s profile allows a flush fit over carpeted floors, preserving a clean and accessible entry point. Its non-slip surface provides added safety in damp or slippery conditions.

The unit is supplied with end caps to seal the front channel and complete the install neatly. For level threshold configurations, this threshold pairs perfectly with the Proline AM5Ex – 04CP220.
