Built for flexibility, the AM5Ex70 Matt Silver can be installed as the fourth side of a door frame or retrofitted to existing setups. It seals gaps from 17mm to 22mm, supporting better energy efficiency and weather resistance.

Its thermally broken construction helps prevent heat loss and meets modern insulation standards. The threshold is compatible with common door/frame materials including wood, PVCu, fibreglass, aluminium, steel, and carbon fibre.

Equipped with pre drilled drainage holes, the unit handles moisture effectively and is designed for direct installation onto level thresholds, minimizing extra site work. It’s also suitable for carpets, providing a flush transition.

This model is Part M compliant (section 0.23) when paired with the Proline Low Ramp – 04CP224, making it a go-to for accessible entryways. The non slip surface adds further safety, and each unit is supplied with end caps for a neat, sealed finish.
