Engineered for flexibility, the AM5Ex78 in Matt Gold can be installed as the fourth side of the door frame or retrofitted into existing openings. It effectively seals gaps from 16mm to 21mm, making it ideal for situations where airtightness and thermal control are essential.

The thermally broken design helps reduce thermal bridging and improve insulation, while compatibility with materials like wood, PVCu, fibreglass, aluminium, steel, and carbon fibre ensures it can suit a wide range of door/frame setups.

The threshold includes pre-drilled drainage holes to manage moisture efficiently and is designed to fit directly onto level thresholds for a quick, clean installation. It’s also perfect for carpets, enabling a flush finish without compromising access.

For accessibility, the AM5Ex78 complies with Part M of the building regulations (section 0.23) when used with the Proline Low Ramp – 04CP224. A non slip surface ensures safe footing even in wet conditions, and end caps are included for a polished finish.
