The Three Point Panic Bolt | White (PH355) is a versatile panic exit solution designed for use on a single door, the inactive leaf of a pair of rebated doors, or both leaves of a pair of straight-edged double doors. Designed for emergency escape applications, it operates using three bolts to provide secure door fastening while ensuring fast, safe, and reliable emergency egress whenever required.

The unit comprises a central mechanism, idler and crossarm assembly, complete with covered connecting rods and vertical bolts positioned at both the top and bottom of the door. This configuration provides secure engagement across the height of the door while maintaining reliable operation in emergency situations.

For additional flexibility, the centre mechanism can be blanked off using the supplied plate, allowing the device to be converted into a two-point configuration when installed on double door applications.

The Three Point Panic Bolt | White (PH355) is suitable for doors up to 1050mm wide as standard. For larger installations, longer crossarms are available to accommodate doors up to 1450mm wide and 2585mm high. Longer rods can also be specified for doors up to 3150mm in height, making the system suitable for a wide range of commercial door sizes.

Supplied as standard with strikers suitable for timber and metal doors, the device can also be adapted for uPVC door applications through the use of separately available uPVC strikers.

For applications requiring controlled entry from outside, optional outside access devices are available, allowing access functionality to be incorporated while retaining the panic escape operation from within the building.
