The VOX Fronto Exterior Slat Panels Walnut provide external wall cladding at a fraction of the cost of genuine timber. It is used as a timber-effect alternative made from PVC instead of natural wood. The cladding panel suits buildings where horizontal boards form a continuous cladding, measuring 2.95m in length each.

VOX Fronto is built using Max-3 technology, a three-layer PVC construction that enhances structural support, core stability, and outer surface protection. Its configuration improves resistance to long-term environmental exposure, the likelihood of warping, and overall panel integrity under varying external conditions.

Each board offers substantial coverage space along the wall. The upper edge provides a fixing strip that attaches directly to supporting battens, while the lower edge then connects into the previous board. This allows the cladding line to continuously run evenly along the façade. Additionally, across the exterior surface, the panel offer a stepped slatted profile that produces horizontal lines once installed.

Before installation, each board measures 28cm across its full panel width. When the overlapping joint engages with the next panel, the effective wall coverage reduces to 25cm. The profile projects 12mm from the wall surface, giving depth to the slatted design, while the PVC construction provides a stable exterior cladding material.

We also recommend continuous maintenance for long term performance. Cleaning can be carried out using water and mild detergent to remove dirt from the façade. Periodically check that the interlocking joints remain properly seated along the full length of the cladding run.
