The VOX Fronto Exterior Slat Panels Winchester Oak is the ideal PVC alternative to timber slats that are labour intensive and cost effective over time. And as each panel measures 2.95m in length, the system suits exteriors where longer boards help reduce the number of vertical joints required to complete the run.

The system is manufactured using Max-3 technology, a multi-layer PVC construction designed for exterior performance. This technology combines three functional layers within the panel structure, improving resistance to impact, enhancing rigidity across the board length, and increasing durability against changing weather conditions such as moisture, temperature fluctuation, and UV exposure.

To secure the slat panels to the wall, the top edge of each panel forms a fixing strip that attaches to supporting battens. The lower edge then locks into the previous panel while the cladding run remains held in position as installation continues. Across the exterior, stepped slats shape the panel surface, and this profile leaves horizontal lines across the buildings wall.

Furthermore, each panel measures 28cm across its full width before installation. Once the next board engages, the overlapping joint reduces the visible coverage to 25cm. In addition, the profile height measures 12mm, which forms the slatted projection across the board face. Its PVC construction also makes the panels suitable for exterior cladding applications, unlike timber which needs regular treatment to withstand the harsh weather.

Surface cleaning can also be carried out using water and mild detergent to remove external dirt build-up.
