Yale Slimmaster – 12 inch Polished Silver Letter Plate 40/80mm

The Yale Slimmaster 12 Inch Polished Silver Letter Plate 40/80mm offers a practical and attractive door letter plate solution for PVCu, Composite and Timber entrance doors.

Designed specifically with narrow door midrails in mind, the Slimmaster uses dismountable telescopic sleeves that allow it to accommodate door midrails approximately 36–70mm thick. This makes it suitable for a broad range of replacement, repair and new door installations.

The internal and external flaps are fully spring loaded for reliable everyday operation, helping the flaps return to their closed position after mail has passed through. A concealed steel spring mechanism keeps the functional components discreetly housed within the letter plate for a clean finished appearance.

Weather sealing is provided by a closed-cell foam gasket pad, helping create an effective seal around the letter plate when installed. This provides additional protection for external doors exposed to changing weather conditions.

The letter plate flap opens to approximately 95°, providing convenient access for everyday postal deliveries. Its polished silver aluminium flap is colour matched with the surrounding frame, producing a bright, coordinated finish that complements a wide variety of contemporary door colours and other silver-finished door furniture.

Built for regular use, the Yale Slimmaster Letter Plate has been endurance tested to 20,000 operating cycles and corrosion tested to 96 hours NSST.

Suitable for replacing an existing letter plate or fitting as part of a new door installation, the Yale Slimmaster 12 Inch Polished Silver Door Letter Plate combines a flexible telescopic fitting system with weather protection and an attractive polished finish.
