3. Delivery and Returns

3.1 We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timescale provided at the time of your order. However, delivery timescales are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.

3.2 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3.3 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@mbdiy.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your return.

3.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
